Using the hattch CRM

Search Deals

How to Search for Deals in the hattch CRM;

  1. Select CRM from the navigation bar.
  2. Type the name of the Prospect or Deal in the Search bar and press enter.
  3. You will be displayed with the Profiles that match your Search.

Change Prospect’s Deal Stage

How to Change a Prospects Deal Stage in the hattch CRM;

  1. Select CRM from the navigation bar.
  2. Type the name of the Prospect in the Search bar and press enter.
  3. You will be displayed with the Deals that match your Search.

Simply click, hold and drag the Prospect to the next Deal Stage and let go.

The hattch CRM has predefined non mandatory Deal Stages. It is our vision to make the hattch CRM customisable at some stage in the product roadmap.

Auto Tasks

How to add an Auto Task in the hattch CRM;

  1. Select CRM from the navigation bar.
  2. On the top right hand side select Edit automatic tasks.
  3. On the top right hand side select Create new task.
  4. Insert Task name.
  5. Select the Deal stage to activate the Task.
  6. Select the Due number of days after entering deal stage for the Task to be completed by.
  7. Once ready, click Save in the bottom right hand corner.

How to edit an Auto Task in the hattch CRM;

  1. Select CRM from the navigation bar.
  2. On the top right hand side select Edit automatic tasks.
  3. To the right of the Auto Task select Edit.
  4. Edit Task name.
  5. Edit the Deal stage to activate the Task.
  6. Edit the Due number of days after entering deal stage for the Task to be completed by.
  7. Once ready, click Save in the bottom right hand corner.

How to delete an Auto Task in the hattch CRM;

  1. Select CRM from the navigation bar.
  2. On the top right hand side select Edit automatic tasks.
  3. To the right of the Auto Task click the bin can.
