Add Profile Image
How to add a Profile Image;
To the right of your profile in the navigation bar, select the drop down.
Select Profile.
On the top left hand side select the Edit icon on the image.
Select the Profile Image from your desktop.
Personal Settings & Notifications
How to update Personal Details;
To the right of your profile in the navigation bar, select the drop down.
Select Profile.
Under Personal settings & notifications you can update your Personal Details.
Once ready, click Save on the bottom right hand side.
How to Change Password;
To the right of your profile in the navigation bar, select the drop down.
Select Profile.
Under Personal settings & notifications select Change Password.
Type in Old Password, New Password & Confirm new password.
Once ready, click Save on the bottom right hand side.
How to turn on/off Email Notifications;
To the right of your profile in the navigation bar, select the drop down.
Select Profile.
Under Personal settings & notifications go to the top right hand side under Email Notification.
Toggle on/off which Email Notifications you prefer. hattch recommends you turn on all Email Notifications to avoid any missed opportunities.
Subscription & Brand Profile
How to Change my Plan;
To the right of your profile in the navigation bar, select the drop down.
Select Profile.
Select Subscriptions & brand profile.
Under Plan, select which Plan you would like to move to from the drop down.
Once ready, click Save on the bottom right hand side.
How to update Company Details;
To the right of your profile in the navigation bar, select the drop down.
Select Profile.
Select Subscriptions & brand profile.
Update the required fields.
Once ready, click Save on the bottom right hand side.
How to upload/change Franchise Information Pack;
To the right of your profile in the navigation bar, select the drop down.
Select Profile.
Select Subscriptions & brand profile.
Scroll down to the bottom left hand side under Upload Brand Information Pack.
Here you can View, Replace, or Delete.

Billing
How to Update my Billing or Download and Invoice;
To the right of your profile in the navigation bar, select the drop down.
Select Profile.
Select Billing.
Your Stripe account will open in a new tab.
Here you can update your Payment Method, edit your Billing Information, or Download an Invoice.
