Initial Training Programme
Kebab Nation provides a comprehensive training programme covering all aspects of running a successful franchise operation. The training system covers fundamentals of running a successful Kebab Nation business, building upon franchisees' prior experience and skill set.
Training duration for a new store opening is a minimum of 3 months, including training for both the franchisee and all new staff. The programme includes:
- Pre-store opening (including training and preparation)
- Soft Opening (1 week)
- Additional Support Week (1 week)
The training covers multiple operational areas including how to build kebabs and assemble HSPs, safety and people management, marketing, food preparation, meat cutting, and customer service procedures.
Ongoing Operational Support
Franchisees receive dedicated operational assistance through a dedicated Operations Manager who provides both remote support and scheduled on-site visits. The operations team helps franchisees get their business started and continues working with them to ensure optimal performance.
Franchisees have access to comprehensive training materials to help ensure all team members understand Kebab Nation procedures. The franchise owner and store manager receive training in every aspect of running the business, whilst additional staff are trained according to their specific responsibilities.
Marketing and Brand Support
Kebab Nation's marketing team manages all major national campaigns, digital advertising, promotions, new product development, and point-of-sale materials. All marketing initiatives focus on bringing new customers to stores and encouraging repeat visits.
The franchisor hosts major social media pages for the brand and provides posting guidelines for franchisees' self-managed local pages. Franchisees are encouraged to engage with their local community through marketing initiatives suited to their area.
